"I found this company through google, read really good reviews and decided to take a chance and place my order with them for Infocus X2 Projector. They were the only company with the lowest price and no negative reviews. I called them the next day, customer service was great and answered all of my quistions and cleared my doubts. I placed my order Wednsday afternoon and they told me that my order will be delivered Monday or Tuesday by FedEx. There was a mix up with my mailing and shiping address (because they are different from one another), but it was fixed right away by verifying it with my bank. My package was delivered as promised on Monday morning by FedEx. I Would recommend to make business with PCBIN to everyone. "

I ordered a Toshiba 5205-S503 notebook, along with an extended warranty, at a price much lower than anyone else on the net that I could find. I requested FedEx 2 day delivery, and the notebook arrived on time.

I did have a slight problem with my credit card transaction, but it was quickly resolved by a very helpful and courteous rep. Since I had placed a fraud alert on my credit, they needed to verify some information.
