"Would highly recommend staying away from devices that say 15-25 days. Only count business days. In my experience they stalled over 2 weeks past this deadline...only for me to get fat up with waiting and cancelling order. Took another few days to refund as well. Currently all devices in their deals section are marked as 15-25 days. Seems like a way to pad their cash flow not really sell phones. Seen some reviews where people say waited for a few months. If you have that much patience give them a shot...lol"

"This was my 4th time using PDA Plaza and I would say overall I'm very happy using them.
I just wish they would let you know more in detail about the order status like if any delays in getting the items and not waiting for you to ask otherwise I'm very happy with their service.
Also, they are very flexible if you decide to change your purchased item for a different one, this is 5-star service.
I used e-transfer to pay for my phone and it saved me $40.

"Same complain as most others. They never keep their words on shipping or refund dates. Always delaying with some lame excuses, such as “manufacturer not sending this model", “will send tomorrow”, “interac limit reached". Quite a torturous and frustrating experience. This company has a secondary business model of making money by taking other people's money, lending or maybe money laundering and earning interest. More they delay and hold people’s money, more the illicit money they make. That’s their scamming strategy."
