Took a while but am grateful for their perseverance and presentation of the product when it finally reached me. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. The customer service was consistently rude and unhelpful. I was forced to send my phone back to China, which cost me both time and money. When they finally returned the phone from China, I was charged for shipping again. Despite being told the phone was fully repaired, it had the exact same problem that I initially sent it away for.

Over the course of eight months, I had to send countless emails to get any updates on the status of my phone. The company promised multiple times to keep me informed, but I was the one who had to chase them for information daily.

To add insult to injury, I recently discovered they are now selling the same model of phone with the same problem as an "open box" item, claiming it was only used for demonstration purposes. It's clear they are just trying to make money off a defective product. In the end, I had no choice but to buy a Samsung after wasting months with this unreliable company. Avoid them if you value your time and money.
