"It seemed to be taking a long time to get our order and I was told we were out of pens. I checked the FedEx number and found out our order went to New York. I called Pensrus, the lady spoke to found our order, did not know why it went to NY and said that it would be sent (at Pensrus expense) to us,
We did get the order on a Friday, the lady has said Monday, so getting it earlier was great.
Pensrus has been a good supplier for us and I am glad that they came thru for us.
