"The quality of the pens was cheap. I received pens from here two years back and they were great. I ordered it this time hoping for the same but quickly realized they weren't. Some of the pens were falling apart and I had to screw the back piece back on. One pen cracked while I was screwing the back piece on.
Overall customer service was good with prompt responses. When the pens were delivered there were about 20 pens missing. I let customer service know, and they sent me 5 extra pens along with the missing pens. "
