"Placed an order for a $300+ in parts, which were needed for our production line all the same part. Received a confirmation email with the invoice I had paid using PayPal.
After waiting for the parts for a week they canceled the order through PayPal! Tried contacting them through their 800 number it was disconnected. I sent then an email and a week later on a Sunday afternoon they respond saying that the PayPal was denied. I called PayPal they said there was no problems and that the money was never taken out of the account.
From what I can tell they area an off shore company that has no stock at all. They take in orders and if they and buy them else where and have them shipped blind you will get the products. If not they cancel the order.
Stay away from them. I will never shop there again."

After waiting 5 days for the product to ship (or have any status whatsoever), I tried contacting them through their 888 number (seemingly only given in the invoice email, not on the site) and the number available on the website.
I cannot stress this enough. THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Others have commented on this, and it is true. THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. You'll make a menu choice, 1 or 2, and then after about 2 rings you'll hear a beep and the call gets disconnected. No voicemail or anything.

I contacted PayPal and determined they nearly immediately canceled the transaction. I have no idea why, nor does PayPal.

"Does a phone ring if no one is there to hear it??? DO NOT ORDER FROM Price Guide Network if you have the slightest hope of customer service! I placed a $300 RAM order with them before I read the reviews and found out that customer service is non-existent. They literally do not answer the 1-800 they have. This becomes a problem because the ONLY way to cancel an order is to call them. I noted their business hours and have called many, many, many times during "business hours" letting the phone ring for up to 35 minutes each time and there is never a answer! Their website says that you need to call to cancel your order because emails could take 24-48 hours for them to receive. From my experience you would need to be on the phone for 24-48 hours before they answer! Since I cannot cancel my order I guess I will have to pray they ship my order on time and then pray that I do not have to return anything! This was a very good lesson to learn, never, ever, ever, ever buy anything from this horribly managed and operated ""business"". "

"*Very Disappointing Experience*
I ordered an Ironkey 4G USB flash drive from this company on January 23, 2010 and requested that it be shipped via US Postal Service Priority International Mail.
USPS records show that it did not receive the item for shipment until January 28, nearly five full days after I had placed my order.
The item arrived today, but not in good condition. The box containing the product was so badly ripped that the drive simply fell out into the bottom of the shipping box. The lanyard that comes with the product is also missing.
The Ironkey itself appears to have been used and is slightly scuffed. It does not appear to be in new condition.
As a result, I now have a product whose quality
and usability is unknown. That is, I don't know if it has been tampered with, internally damaged, or contains viruses.
The poor condition of the box and the drive itself suggests that it was purchased by a previous customer, returned, and simply resold
without regard for its merchantability.
When I ordered the product, nothing on the order page or the product detail page indicated that I was purchasing anything other than a brand-new item.
Another issue I've had with PGN is inability to go back into their website and review order details, despite having proper credentials and order information. Any attempt to obtain information about my order results in an error message saying, '0 items found.'
Needless to say, I'll be returning the product to the retailer and obtaining a refund. An experience like this strongly suggests that PGN has little regard for its customers. One thing's for sure, I won't be a returning customer.

I purchased an external hard drive, and they sent me a plastic zune case! I received an email stating they would be happy to set up a return for me, but they haven't. I sent emails requesting the instructions, and asking when I could expect my external hard drive, and I got no response! I tried repeatedly to phone them, no one EVER answers! I even sat on HOLD for 25 minutes, waiting for someone to pick up. I even alerted these morons to the fact that their product # did not match the description when I placed the order! I spoonfed them. I put a comment in the order special instructions to make sure they had it correct, and I was ordering the external hard drive.
They still sent me a damn Zune case! They didn't even check the order special comments. These people are complete liars. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and PayPal IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT BUY! STAY AWAY! Save yourself and go to Newegg.com, or Amazon.com, or TigerDirect.com. ANYTHING is better than these liars!"

"I have dealt with a LOT of online stores and this one provided me with one of my best experiences.
I had ordered a PoE switch from the website. I immediately received an email informing me that my order had been processed. Three days later, I still hadn't received an email confirming shipping. I called the customer service department, waited a minute tops and spoke with a really nice representative who told me that my item was on the docks right now, but that since such delay was totally unacceptable they would upgrade shipping from Ground to Express. I ended up receiving the item ahead of schedule.

"Like other reviewers, had a problem with shipping and service. Entered shipping address correctly on the website, got an email from PGN confirming the correct address as the shipping address. Later found out that it had been shipped to an incorrect address. I contacted the company to discuss the problem, but dealt with a rude customer service representative who refused to transfer me to a supervisor (or voicemail), or to sales or returns. Would not discuss the erroneous email sent by PriceGuideNetwork. Emails sent to the company were not responded to. Company now claims they will only refund 85% of the price for "restocking" and still charge me shipping and state sales tax, all to ship to an address that I did not specify and was not confirmed by the company.
Have filed Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection complaints in Wisconsin, as well as a complaint on eBay.
Overall, a terribly dissatisfying experience. I would never do business with this company again, and I would strongly recommend that no one else should."
"Ordered an Intel E3110 Retail CPU Wednesday morning and used google checkout. Received order confirmation right away, a fedex tracking number at lunch and was able to ship my package that evening. Selected Fedex home ground and still received the package Friday around lunchtime. Exactly what I ordered, no problems and no issues at all."
"Discovered that my order was going to the wrong address. I attempted to get in contact with the company within their business hours to have them contact FedEx to divert the package, but I was stuck on hold indefinitely. Also left voice messages and e-mails, but have received no response. The package ended up being delivered that the wrong address, and I had to get it delivered to the proper address as I have no time to drive three hours back to the incorrectly shipped address simply to pick up a package. Will not order from again, only ordered from PGN because they were the only ones that had an item that was out of stock from more responsible resellers.
*EDIT* In response to my response: To say that the shipment was shipped to the correct address is simply incorrect. It was shipped to my billing address, not my shipping address. My receipt from Google Checkout even confirms this; "Ship to: shipping address", however, FedEx tracker told me that it was en route to my billing address, which is wrong. To also say that I called while you were closed is also incorrect, I had attempted calling on Thursday, and I was put on hold. Unless, for whatever reason, PriceGuideNetwork.com decided to take an early weekend due to MLK would be the only explanation for your lack of responses. I never called while you were closed, obviously business days were the days I attempted."

"PGN is one of the very few companies who will send to Australia. I am apart of many computer forums and my main one, OCAU (Overclockers Australia) has quite a lot of users who have purchased from PGN and found them to be excellent. There website was not only easy to navigate and finding out the price for international delivery but also had lots of useful info. I put in a large $ business order for 8gig of Crucial Balistix ram and asked if they could send it asap, i payed for EPS postage and PGN were such a fantastic company they sent it at no extra cost using fed ex which i got in 4 days!!!! Paying with paypal is great, no hassles at all, order was sent out the same day. Thank you PGN so much, i cant believe what a great company i have found who does things like give you better service AFTER you have paid like sending the items fed ex for me :)

"A real test of customer support!
Looking for a popular computer part should be easy or so I thought. I went through about eight or so on-line stores claiming to have stock until checkout, then came the games. Then I found Price Guide Network. They had the in in stock and have their own warehouse so I found out later on. That's a good thing as one has better control over inventory.
Once the item quickly and safely arrived, I ran into a bit of a technical snag, being my project required a special design (shielding). So I called up Price Guide Network- support, and within three minutes I spoke with a some one actually within the company.(not out sourced!) The support member spoke with courtesy, addressed my concern well, and said he (support member) 'accepts the challenge of great customer service'. He sure wasn't kidding. Excellent customer service in all aspects is truly a rare thing today in the modern rush-rush.
Being my need was special, the gentleman in support spent quite a bit of time working with me and was very patient. Never once did he seem to want to hurry me off. If it were not for the little snag I had, I would not have gotten to know Price Guide Network better. In my line of work, it's good to know who you are working with, and stick with what works. Since the first purchase, we've been in touch about other products. They have earned my loyalty.
Hopefully in the future I will not have need of the support line with PGN, but if I do, I know will be taken care of with genuine respect.
I definitely recommend Price Guide Network if you are with a large company or an individual.
