"Pham was the only US site to carry the very nice Avance Tech cases (super sleek and tool free), of which I needed to buy one to make my Mom a replacement PC for her old PC that died (yeah, yeah, I'm a good son). The cases were at a good price, and the shipping was only $4, which is great. The only problem was, the case I wanted was out of stock. I contacted Pham, and they worked with me to get me the case in time for Mother's Day -- including giving me an upgraded shipping method for the same price. They were very knowledgeable about their products, and very responsive by email and by phone. I wish there was more I could do for them than just this review -- these are good people! Highly recommended."
