"I placed an order on the website and I made a payment with my card. I received an order confirmation and it seemed to me that our business had worked out well. After about an hour, however, I got another email telling me that the price of the product I had ordered had gone up from $189.28 to $270.40 and that my order had been canceled. Presumably, someone saw that I was placing a large order and decided to raise the price to get more money out of me. On the site and on the phone, I was simply told, over and over, "we are human" like I am some kind of moron who doesn't know what kind of creatures run a business. The business, of course, is not human, and is therefore held to a higher standard and should be held accountable for mistakes. Just shrugging your shoulders and saying "Sowwy! :(" is terrible customer service. Before you buy from PK Safety, keep in mind that their listed prices are wrong, and they do not care about honoring their sales agreements. "
"Website advertised a discount code to be applied to orders over $199. They also emailed me the code. I tired the code and it didn't work. I contacted PK Safety and was sent a response that it was good for only orders over $199 WHICH I ALREADY KNEW BECAUSE I READ THE REQUIREMENTS/EXEMPTIONS.... my order was $276. Contacted them again, I even sent screen shots showing that the code did not work. It actually said, 'code does not exist'. They sent another code. It didn't work. I was finally told about the restrictions that were seemingly no where posted. Apparently, it wasn't good for the product I was ordering. How convenient for them. Although their responses were somewhat fast, I don't appreciate the false advertisement and the insinuation that I couldn't read the specifications about their discount. Honestly, not being able to use the discount code was not a big deal to me. It was the lack of information and the way the situation was handled. Unfortunately, I needed the item quickly and did not have time to shop around, will definitely do so next time. They also send out TOO many advertising emails. I will try to avoid future purchases with PK Safety."
"I bought a clip on alarm for $100.00 that was supposed to alert me when-if natural gas and co were present.
It's also, supposed to do an air test. To alert me if air wasn't fresh. I t did none of the above! Waste of money. I have 3 plug in alarms, I paid $15.00 for and a hand handle tester for $30.00, all are very accurate! So, when alarms are sounding and I test my house for gas with my tester, theirs is always gas present. However, what I bought never goes off!! Also, air test I do with always passes! It's completely useless!!!!! MY ADVICE "DON'T BUY IT"!! I should get a full refund! Or at least a replacement that works!! If I hadn't been soooo sick for so long from the gas leak! I would've written this and requested a refund in a timely fashion.

"If I could select 0 stars, I would. Bought a product from PK, it didn't work as described so I tried to return it on day 31(calendar days not business days). I was told there was nothing they could do since it was outside of their return window which was dictated by the product vendor. I then contacted the vendor myself and they said a return would be no problem. So in short, I paid PK and then did their job for them. "

"I ordered 4 pairs of FR pants 2 carhart and 2 rasco I only have recieved the carharts and they are really tight in the waist, but the legs are like a parachute. they have no body design to them at all. meaning they just run stright down from the waist to the foot with a slight tamper. and to top it off it doesn't fit in the waist. I need to return them. I hope the other 2 pair I order arrive soon otherwise what a completely messed up situation this will turn into. ****@****"
