"My Dell Axim's sync connector needed to be replaced. PPC was one of the few places I found that did this kind of repair. I placed my order and immediately received my order confirmation via email. Included were the instructions for sending them the Axim.

On 9/15 I mailed it to them. I received a confirmation email when they received it on the 17th. On the 18th I received an email notice that the repair had been completed and the unit shipped back to me. It was delivered on the 20th.

Round trip from my mailing it out to receiving the repaired unit back was 5 days.

The repair itself was done well, no complaints.

I was very hesitent about sending off my Axim to a company I hadn't done business with and couldn't find any reviews of. It turned out to be a very pleasent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company."
