"Great customer service! In their usual proficeint manner, my parts order was shipped the next day. FedEx showed receipt, and showed that it left their Houston docks. A week later a trace showed there no further progress, so I called both FedEx and PPL. FedEx would put a trace and call me back, but PPL immediately shipped a duplicate shipment - I reeived it the following day! I think FedEx is still looking for the original shipment . . "
