"This rating is for my order of Ordorlos dry 6 pound tub. I will need to use the product for awhile to determine if it does any better than other methods to control odor from the black tank.
As far as shipping, I wasn't worried about how long for delivery as long as it was handled by UPS or FedEx. PPL said that those two methods were what they used for all shipments. Since I am in Texas, I received my order the next day by UPS. Very surprised and happy about the quick delivery."

We ordered a Norcold refrigerator from you on May 26th and received a call 3 days later from a local shipping company asking when they could deliver it. We were totally amazed that it it came that quickly. Other companies that we researched stated delivery could take up to 4 weeks. We were planning our first camping camping trip for the following week and were willing to go without our new refrigerator. The old one worked but was questionable while towing. The driver of the company that made the delivery was very pleasant and helpful by getting the refrigerator close to our Airstream. After the Norcold arrived we installed it the next day, got it up and running, and we could not be happier with with it. "I ordered a RV water heater which was promptly shipped but upon receipt, I found that it was the wrong model. I called PPL Customer Service and left a voice describing my problem since it was after their business hours. The next day I had a call back apologizing and telling met that a new one would be shipped immediately. I was instructed to place the one that I had on my front porch the next morning for FEDEX pickup at NO COST TO ME since it was their mistake! I received the correct unit the next day so all turned out well.
