"Not at all happy. I went the extra mile to call PPL and ask about the a&e 9000 awning having an auto rain dump system. The sales rep Flo Martinez
called Dometic while I was on the phone to ask if the 9000 Auto rain dump system worked in to patio position, and if I needed to do anything extra to my camper to accept the weather guard.
She told me they said yes the rain dump on the A&E 9000 would work in the patio position and no I didn't have to do anything to the camper to accept weather guard.
When my awning arrived there was no auto rain dump system with it.
I call to ask questions to make sure I am getting what I want and your employees tell me I will get what I am asking for and I Don't get what I was told I would get....NOT HAPPY AT ALL. "
