"Overall experience was very good. I ordered online a 13.5k and a 15k AC unit, along with a control unit for the 15k, and a digital thermostat. Prior to placing the order online, I called and went down the list of items to confirm this is what was needed. Was told the 15k unit didn't come with a control unit so I purchased that ($65), and was told the digital thermostat was the correct one ($107). Advice on those was incorrect. The 15k unit does come with a control unit, and the digital thermostat will not work with the 15K unit (thermostat is for dual compressors). So now, both need to be returned. Outside of that, nothing else went haywire. Both units are in, working great (on the analog thermostat), and RV is nice and cool! PPL advisor made a mistake, but it happens. The savings overall was worth it!"

"We ordered a Dometic AC from this place since it was cheaper. Never again! I'd rather pay more from a company that will actually respond when you call or email. The AC was messed up after we installed it and this place wouldn't respond to emails or return my calls. I had to take this thing apart and fix the fan myself. I don't recommend this place. Once they get your money they ignore you. Very unprofessional."

"This was the best and most prompt service I have ever had from an internet purchase. I ordered an AC for my truck camper and it was delivered promptly and undamaged. The ceiling grid that I ordered with it had a defective control switch. I called PPL about the defective part and within 4 days I received a hole new grid. The AC was easy to install and works GREAT. I an very impressed with the service of PPL and will do more business with them in the future."

I tried calling but I work for a city and cant stay on hold for 30 minutes to get in touch with them. When I did get in touch with them about a product the lady hung up on me! "I purchased a Dometic Brisk Air II a/c for my RV. Prior to clicking the buy button I called PPL tech support to confirm fitment and compatibility with existing a/c system components. The technician answered ALL my questions and more. She actually saved me a bunch of money because she told me that I didn't need to buy and replace the existing analog thermostat with the digital thermostat that Dometic's tech support said I needed if I didn't want to re-wire my system. Thank you PPL tech support! PPL also had the best price available and free ground shipping from their Texas warehouse. The a/c unit arrived to me in California in 3 days from when I ordered it. BTW...this was not the 1st time I've ordered something from PPL and needless to say won't be the last. I highly recommend PPL for all your RV needs. "
"I called the tech support line and the lady on the other end was able to either answer my questions or find the correct answers. I ordered a new a/c for my camper and I have never put one in before. She made sure I have everything needed to complete my install. I will be back again to do more business and you can't beat their prices. All the parts including the a/c unit was shipped and at my house in 4 business days. Everything is working great after installation. Great place to deal with!!!! "
