"HORRIBLE EXPREIENCE!! I ordered tile for my bathroom. Initially things were great! Then I got the e-mail after weeks of checking on my tile that it was "damaged" in shipment. I STILL NEEDED THE TILE!!! They credited my invoice and that's it. I have called several numbers and no return call. I finally got a call when I called from my work number and he said he would call me back in 5 or 10 minutes. YEAH RIGHT. This company is a JOKE! Do not order from them!"

"Stay far away from this tile company. If you can call it a tile company. I ordered $2,000 worth of tile on 3/2013. Did not receive the shipment until May 2013. When I received the shipment half of the order was missing, the other half was broken. Roman the owner and only employee there said he was going to refund my money, and never did. He has caller ID, and would not pick up my calls after I asked for a refund. When I called from another number, he did not initially pick up, but called the number back. When I asked for a refund on my shipment he hung up. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Please do yourself a favor and review this company at Houzz.com and you will read more than a dozen horror stories about this company. Stay far away!!"
"I had a terrible experience ordering tile from PPL Tile (ppltile.com).
The website owner (Roman Klebanov) took my order (he is the only person who ever answers the phone), and charged my credit card immediately and I received an order confirmation email.
Roman said I would receive another email with tracking information, but I never did.
The tile finally arrived, and over half of it was chipped or broken.
It was not shipped from PPL Tile, it was shipped from some other company that I never heard of.
I called Roman back immediately, and he actually yelled on the phone and said he could not help me, and hung up on me.
I tried to get my money refunded from the trucking company, but they would only refund half the value of the tile (calling it a concealed damage compromise).
Fortunately, I did not order a large amount of tile. It was not worth my time to try to bring Roman to small claims court for that small amount of money.
Understand that PPL Tile is not a 'real' tile company with a showroom or a storefront. It is just a guy who made a fancy website.
This guy Roman also has several other websites that you should avoid ((PPLVanites.com, PPLFurniture.com, PPLLingerie.com, PPLFishing.com).
Learn from my mistake... you should buy tile from a real company, where you can walk into the store and inspect every box of tile to see that it is in good shape.

You can read how many people ordered tile and Roman charged their credit cards immediately. Then the orders would mysteriously get damaged in shipping, and they would end up never receiving anything.
One last thing.
You will see a generic positive review of PPL Tile here from someone called 'JeroldWeiler'.
If you check those two links that I gave above, you will see that someone also posted a generic positive review of PPL Tile, all on the same day as this person 'JeroldWeiler'.
Obviously it is probably all the same person (the owner Roman maybe?) who must have done a Google search for PPL Tile and saw all the negative reviews that came up."
