"I bought a Nikon D850 from them, but the camera had an issue with tracking birds in flight. I took it back to them, and they said that they would take care of me, but did not want me to return it as they did not have another camera to give me. A couple of hours later I got a call that said that they had great news for me... there was nothing wrong with the camera. I got it back a couple of days later and was told that I must not understand that this camera takes a lot of skill to shoot well. (I was already shooting wiht a D800 and had been for 5 years with many award winning images) I went out to shoot seagulls in flight and the issue was still there, so I came back and shot cars coming at me at 55 mph and tried to capture the hood ornament at ISO 100, F4, 1/2000sec on a 300mm f4 af-s. and they were all blurry. I called Nikon, they asked for 3 images and then proceeded to tell me to send the camera to Melville for service. a week later, I had the camera back and the camera works fine now. They only wanted the sale, and were not interested in making the sale right. "
