I had an issue with page numbers being out of order on a booklet and they totally ate the cost on their end and did a full reprint. They easily could have blamed it on me or tried just a discount.

"We ordered glossy brand stickers, and not only did they send us matte stickers, but over half of them were cut poorly to be slightly off-center. When I contacted them about the issue, they blamed it on the border of my design being too small. A thicker border may have made the off-center cut slightly less visible, but still isn't an excuse, and doesn't explain the stickers being incorrectly printed matte. I agreed to alter the sticker design so they could be reprinted, but got busy as I run a business. When I did get around to recontacting PsPrint to replace my order, their customer service told me they could no longer replace or refund my order since too much time had passed. There are much better options to print stickers, I'd avoid this company at all costs."
"This is the worst company to do business with. over 20 hours spent on the phone and using their complex internal messaging system.
Wish I had never found them.
They spend all their money in customer service and not on actually making a good product.
I want to smash my computer to pieces are 4 months and not getting anywhere.
It's company's like this that make me want to break my computer and stop working.

"Ordered 1,000 letterheads and received them with our logo containing a black shadow. When I called, I was told that the file I uploaded contained a black shadow. We have been using the same logo file for 30+ years and never had an issue with anything we have previously printed. How am I able to print the exact same file with no issue, but when they print it, there's a shadow? It makes zero sense. They are clearly at fault, but they could care less. Waste of money and waste of paper, as they will all be tossed in the recycle bin. Never using them again."
"Since our first order was time sensitive, we were told to go ahead and place it before they had a chance to review our reseller application. We were told that if our Reseller license checked out and was legit, they would retroactively apply the reseller discount.
Well... it's been almost 4 months and no one will return calls or emails. I highly recommend staying away from this company"
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not care about your order, or your time. 5 day processing is a lie! I didn’t receive my cards for 11 days after order. Company would not reply to expedite shipping request or return a call made directly to customer support. Also, tacked on shipping that was not in the quote initially. Worst place I have encountered. Not professional, and according to other reviews this is how the treat MOST OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!! Unacceptable PS Print!! You ****. "
"This has been by far the worst experience with a printing entity. I am still waiting for them to ship the order by the way. Something that was promised to be done in 4 hours but has been 4 weeks.... When you call their 800 number- they make you wait forever and then someone unhelpful will come and NOT be able to resolve the issue. Their designer staff is clueless too. I regret trying out a new company... what a nightmare.. "

"What an abysmal waste of time. Don't believe any reviews that talk about high quality, color accuracy, or anything of the sort. Especially not customer service.
Before placing an order for a short run poster, I called customer service to make sure that they could handle what I needed, which is a 24x24 image printed on 24x36 paper (because they don't support square formats.) All ok, they said, so I ordered, and paid on 1/24. 1/26, they cancel my order and tell me it's the wrong format, so I have to spend another fifteen minutes on the phone with someone who tells me that despite the fact that the tif uploads and registers fine, I actually have to pad the image with whitespace on either side or else they can't print it. This, from a professional printing company. But I want this print, so I go ahead and do it.
I receive an email on 2/2, fully a week later, stating that the item has shipped. I receive it on 2/12. That makes it 19 days from the time of order. Still, I'm excited because online reviews have touted the image quality. I open the parcel with bated breath... dumpster fire. The color is totally wrong, and the image has banding that would be embarrassing in a 1990s desktop inkjet. Literally, my household Epson would produce a better quality image.
I call back to take advantage of their vaunted customer satisfaction guarantee, and the rep asks me to upload images of the problem, which I do right there while I'm on the phone. She assures me she'll call me right back once she's had a chance to download and review the images. Six hours later I call back and am told that the person who was reviewing it is nowhere to be seen, there's no estimated time to have my case looked at, and basically I'm SOL.
Now, I had the same print done at two other web printing companies. Each arrived in under 72 hours from when the order was placed, and each had the correct color and good quality (one even allowed actual 24x24 printing). Each also cost less than half what Psprint charged. These guys lose in cost, value, quality, speed, efficiency, and customer service. Why on earth would anyone choose them?"

"PsPrint has been my go-to printing company for 3 years now. As a graphic designer I get all sorts of print-jobs and PsPrint delivers high quality with an affordable price. My favorite feature is their online ordering, it's idiot-proof and gives you the price right away, no need to call and request a quote. I never had any issues with them, but if I do I know they're friendly and responsive customer service will assist me quickly. Let be real here, those are your regular prices as the discounts are almost year-round. I've spent thousands with them so far, and will probably spend thousands more. Pretty funny reading the 1 star reviews here most of them sounds like the customer did a poor job of placing the order."

"I made my first purchase on August 8th. I ordered 3000 stickers for a Santa business my husband and I are starting. They arrived today. I am very disappointed. This being my first time purchasing stickers from PS Print, I assumed that the round sticker would come on a square background for easy pulling - especially for little kids. They are very hard to peel. They also look extremely small upon initially seeing them. If they were on the square background made for easy peeling, I believe they would look bigger. In addition, the quality just seems bad. We have a lot of competition in this area and our competition's stickers are of high quality - thick, easy to peel, with great sticking ability. These that arrived to us today from PS Print are thin, hard to peel, and the one I stuck to my shirt to try out has already fallen off. I put it on about 30 minutes ago. Also, the way they were packaged and sent to us, with the rubber band around them the way it is, has put a dent in some of the stickers. We cannot use these. We only want to offer our customers high quality products. Unfortunately, PS Print doesn't share that vision. The website states Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed, but when my husband called, he was basically told, "Sorry but too bad." We were hoping PS Print would be our "go to printing" for stickers but I am beyond upset with this experience."
"This is a terrible company to do business with. Their web-based design software has flaws that they are aware of and have not fixed. My order arrived with kerning issues, which I will not present to potential customers.
They are the least expensive service I could find, and I got what I paid for.
I had been in contact with them, and I gave clear instructions to re-print a correction that I made after learning of the glitch in their design software and poor color matching when my order arrived.
It seems that I have dropped off of the face of the earth in their minds because they did not send me the correction that I was promised over the phone, and I have not received further contact from them. I gave specific instructions to multiple customer service representatives and more than once, those instructions were blatantly ignored.
I gave them 1 star because 0 isn't an option."
