"I ordered four breakers online. The process was simple and I received e-mails keeping me informed about the status of my order (example: I immediately received order confirmation). That's not why I'm giving five stars. Here's why I bothered to write this review.

First, the order shipped very quickly. I wasn't expecting it to leave for perhaps a week but it only took two days to ship and another two to arrive. That was pretty nice, compared to some online stores. That gave me a good opinion of PCB but it's still not the best part.

When I received the breakers, one was broken (the spring that keeps the circuit breaker switch in the latched/closed position wasn't working). I e-mailed PCB about this asking what to do. The next day, I received a phone call from their office. This blew my mind. I greatly prefer a call but have now become accustomed to having to exchange twenty e-mails to complete a simple transaction. I explained the problem and PCB sent a replacement immediately.

I greatly appreciated this customer service experience. I just wanted a thing. I didn't quite get that thing. They called me immediately, stood behind their transaction, and got me that thing with no hassle whatsoever. I spent minimal time getting what I wanted and it was refreshing. Also, they had the best price, which is why I purchased from them in the first place."
