" I ordered a couple of breakers for my home. They came fast, but I was sent the wrong ones. When I tried to point out that their company made a mistake, they began arguing with me via e-mail. When I asked to have them have a manager call me, the employees said that he would forward my emails to the manager instead.
When I got on the phone with them they were both pretty rude. And then come to find out the guy I had spoke to was supposedly president of the company. Told me he would handle it himself, and the next thing I know I’m getting emails from him instead of him calling me.
I ended up having to go through a local electric supply Company to solve my issue. Well now I’m being told that they are not only going to not give us a full refund for their mistake. But I also have to pay for shipping back ...
So moral of the story is, if they make a mistake you, the customer is still going to get blamed for it... Poor customer service, and lack of empathy for the customers... "
