"ordered ink cartridges, were defective, they replaced once, these also defective, was told they would apply credit back to my credit card, have contacted numerous times by phone and email (approx 20 times) told refund had been applied to credit card, have checked everyday for 10 days, still not there. Cannot get a manager or supervisor, they will not transfer you. Cannot get this problem solved, want my money back for defective products"
"I have used them for over 6 years and never had a problem that was not resolved quickly. However, now I can not get to their website or the club site. Are they still in business? I cannot find them even through their link on my email sent from them and email I sent them was non-deliverable. Does anyone know what happened?"

Ordered a replacement toner for a brother 8840DN, invoice shows TN460/TN570. This was my 2nd re-order of item. Box arrives 3/24, opened with no cartridge inside and a packing slip to a different company in the box but my name on the outside.. huh?
I call customer service, they apologize and send a replacement my online account show item shipped same day.. ok.. good customer service, no questions.. replacement on its way..(they are in same city as me).. replacement arrived on the 25th (wow great service)... but the box says TN460 and my 8840DN is not listed as compatible on the box.. I open box, and try to insert cartridge in printer, it is obviously not the same as the one I ordered previously, wrong item (argh)!
3/25 I call CS again.. inform them that TN460 is not in fact the same as TN570. They assure me their system shows it's a replacement. I ask them to come put this thing in my printer then? They said they will send another replacement and a return shipping label for TN460.
Invoice shows it wasn't shipped until 3/30 (the following Monday).. I received it on Tuesday the 31st. Ok, first order 3/19.. finally get one that fits on 3/31 YEAH.. got the right one, only took 3 tries but they did send them, they did pick up the phone and they were nice .. so for customer Service I give them a 10. For screwing up order so many times, lets hope they do better.. but at least they ended up getting it right."

I ordered two black replacement cartridge for a HP inkjet printer. The cartridges did not last more than a few weeks and only printed 100-150 sheets of paper; prior cartidges from this supplier and other last 300-400 pages. I advised Pacific Ink of situation and they would only provide me with a 10% discount on my next order. Cartidge box warranty: Double Guarantee #2 "If for any reason this ink cartridge does not perform to your complete satisfaction contact us by phone or e-mail and we will immediately replace it." WHY WOULD I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN????????????"

"I ordered a cartridge for my Dell printer. I received a cartridge for a Lexmark. I called to get it replaced and after asking me 4 times what cartridge I received they said they would send the correct cartridge. Over a week later I still had not received my cartridge. I called again and they said they never shipped the new cartridge. They are now going to send me the correct cartridge via US Mail. It will be over three weeks since I placed the order before I get the cartridge. I will never shop from them again."
