"I shipped my light back to them for a manufacturer warranty repair in July of 2017.. It is now May of 2017 and I haven't heard anything. I've sent dozens of emails. The last email I got was in October saying the light would be shipped back to me the following week, and I haven't have any contact since with many emails sent. I've called more than 2 dozen times and get nothing but voicemail. I've left many messages and have never heard anything back. "
"I ordered a part for my light. I got the wrong part from them. I have called 5-6 times over a 3 day period and all I get is their voice mail saying they are busy with customers. I even tried calling just as the store opens up, but no luck. I guess they just NEVER answer their phone, or CALL BACK. I also sent them several e-mails, but the also DO NOT respond to their e-mails. WHY would I EVER buy something from them again!
Also, they were VERY slow to ship out my order..."
