"I have ordered from PackagingSuppliesByMail 35 times in the last 2 years. Sometimes, their products are great, but other times they are not. I'm not sure where they source their bags, but lately the adhesive has been terrible. My most recent shipment I could not get the adhesive to stick. It would just pull away from the plastic with little effort. I returned the bags and it has been over a week since they received them back and I still haven't received my refund. I called them and they said "Oh, it looks like we got them back. We'll process your refund now." I shouldn't have to call to get my refund. I don't think they would ever has processed it if I hadn't called. The moral of the story is, if you return a product here make sure you follow up or they won't refund you. That's my experience anyway.
If only they would stick to the good adhesive, this would be a 5 star experience. But the inconsistency makes me always wonder what kind of bags I'll be getting."
