"They sent me a used phone and said it was new then it said to install a micro memory chip in it so I opened it up took out the battery and lifted the memory holder and it came off it my hand. They said it was my fault and would not warrant it. DON'T BUY PHONES FROM WWW.PAGEPLUSCELLULAR.COM unless you want to give them free money. I sent it back and they sent it right back to me."
