"I would avoid buying from this store. I ordered the J&J Ceramic barrels and they shipped me the wrong items - J&J S2. When I called, they tried to convince me to keep the S2 because they said it's better but I wanted the ceramic because it works better in a hot and humid country. They told me to wait for them to send the right items and it will have a return tag for me to send back the wrong items. I waited 2 weeks and I called them back, they took down my number and said would call me back but they never did. When I called back again, they said I have to send them the S2 first before they send the right items. Should have told me this in the beginning. Will update to see if they will reimburse me for the shipping and send me the right one."
"Before ordering from Paintball Adrenaline.com I saw the below reviews of this company and it made me a bit wary so I did some research on them. Paintball Adrenaline was founded in 2000 sometime and has serviced thousands of happy customers. This took some time to find out but after asking allot of questions on forums and paintball sites I came to a conclusion. Thousands of customers and only a handful of bad reviews, not too bad. Most HUGE sites including Wal-Mart.com a well known and trusted company makes mistakes. So I took the chance and ordered from them.
Their website has most of the latest products along with REAL competitive pricing.
After placing my order I received emails notifying me that my order was processed and then that same day another email with my tracking number notifying me that my order was shipped. "Completely unresponsive. They only work 4 days a week, even during the Christmas season, and only 6 hours a day.
They don't answer the phone, or it's busy. They don't respond to emails. They shipped the order after I emailed them to cancel it.

"I made my online purchase on April 19, 2004. So far, no package. But, they have charged my credit card the $70 for a barrel, bolt cover, and a pack of O-rings. I have called several times, and get no answer. Their answering machine says the store is located in Foley, AL. When I tried to call the only store for paintball in Foley, the number is disconnected. What's going on here? I do NOT recommend anyone purchase anything from this retailer. "
"Bought a barrel and barrel adapter using their online store on 4/15/2004. My credit card was charged on 4/21/2004. Now it is May 01, and still no stuff or shipping notification. Also their phone number is questionable. I've tried to call them over 30 times in the last 10 days, during their advertised business hours, and finally got through 2 days ago. So far... totally dissatisfied, and unless something is done to compensate me for this horrible customer service, will probably not order from them again. "
"I bought a Palmer Stabilizer inline regulator and 5 tank o-rings from this online retail store because of a nice low price. It wasn't a goof in the price, but these were the lowest that i've seen. So, looking like a legitimate site, I bought these two items from their store through an online transaction on April 1, 2004, and it's April 20, 2004. Their order status (showing the status on their end of the line, not shipping). It's still in the "processed" stage (although they don't explain what the statuses mean). In response to one of my e-mails, they say that "completed" means that they have sent the order out, and I'm still waiting for this to happen. I e-mail them, and they rarely respond. So, I called them, and the line is always busy. This store has thoroughily frustrated me, and so I sent the Better Business Bureau onto them to see what they can do... Hopefully things will work out.
All in all, I give them a low rating because they have low prices and flat rate shipping. Their customer support is HORRIBLE, and they, obviously, take way too long just to send a package out THEIR doors, and not even through yours."
