"I was very extremely satisfied with the service and communication as well as their shipping. I had an item on back order for three months(not their fault,manufacturers fault). They gave me a voucher for what I spent and ordered a different item that was shipped the very next day.

"I am somewhat dis-satisfied with experience because the products I bought were not to my expectations. I feel that the website could have more description because the protective tops I bought were tighter than expected and also the padding was softer than compared to other similar products and there was no way of knowing. It would be nicer to have better details such as the size in inches and the the materials used for the padding."

First pleasing part was the price , I looked at other sites and I even tried a few local pro shops and nobody could give me the same deal. Second part was the shipping ,it was free ! If your buying something online usually the main issue is how slow the shipping is and the cost, but not this time it was free and it only took 4 business days ! last part was that as their site claimed there was a warranty , and that if I had any problems they even had a toll free number i could call to resolve my issue.
