"I ordered a painting for Xmas on 11/26. They Told me it would be here on 12/20. A week before Xmas i was informed that the frame I chose was unavailable and had to chose another, but it would be here the friday before Xmas. I called 4/5 times with no answer or return call until it was to late. Thursday comes and now my painting will not be here until the monday after Xmas. All i was offered was an apology and a gift card. Thanks For Ruining Xmas!!!!
