"I wanted to give my mom something that she would never be able to have - A picture of all her children and her parents. Her father passed away when she was 10 and her mother passed away before me and my younger brother were born. My mom is 71, and I wanted her to have this to enjoy for the rest of her life. She was in tears and cried about the painting all day! I gave it to her as a Christmas present. She is very excited to have this painting and can’t wait to hang it up on display. "Let me start by saying the finished product was absolutely amazing and perfect in every way. That being said I made it clear in my original writing that my dog had one blue eye and one brown eye with multiple reference pictures showing that. This was an incredibly important detail to me that the artist missed not once, but twice during the process. I literally had to say "I will not accept the painting until her eye is obviously blue." Other than that the painting is beautiful and like I said the end product was absolutely perfect. But I ended up needing to pay for rush shipping at that point to ensure it would arrive for Christmas for my husband."
