"I ordered 2 onesies of the same style/same color but different sizes from Pajamacity for a Couples Xmas gift. What I received was one that was a very dark shade of blue and another that was more of a normal shade of blue. When I contacted support I told them about the discrepancy. They told me that their manufacturor sometimes doesnt print the same color and so they cannot garuantee the color I ordered. There is no indication on this website of this policy and I don't really believe the person I was corresponding with. I did ask why I wasnt informed of the color difference and asked if I wanted to proceed with the order. Or ask if I wanted two of the darker color. They told me that their shipping does not check the packages and just ships it out. So they have no quality control on the inventory and they just send whatever they feel like. It wasn't the fact that I received something I didn't order. It was how they handled it after I brought up the discrepancy. It was basically an...oh well thats just the way it is and you can send it back for a refund but we cant guarantee colors. I suggest not using this site. "
"My first experience with Pajama City was a good one. Ordered a set of PJ's and a yard of the matching fabric so I could make a hood, since they don't offer the hooded version of my PJ's anymore.
I received an email the next day from a customer service rep, who informed me they were out of stock in my size... but then a few hours later, they emailed again to say they had found one! They were very polite and apologetic about the "error". Shipping commenced very quickly after that, and it took about 10 business days for shipping to Canada.
The PJ's fit perfectly according to their size chart. The fleece fabric is soft, warm, a little stretchy, and maybe a little on the flimsy side, but overall quite decent. The zipper and pockets, etc, are all nicely done. The footies seem a bit lacking. The friction-dots on the soles aren't much more than painted-on red dots; I might replace the soles later.
The yard of matching fabric actually didn't match. It was the same print, but in a markedly different colour scheme. It looked much more faded and fuzzier than the PJ material. But I'm not upset over it, since my set of PJ's was the last one in stock, and maybe they are changing fabric types or something. Just something to be aware of for those who are buying fabric yardage from them."
"Total liars and thieves! Their sizing chart is TOTALLY inaccurate, which I'm sure they do on purpose, and they do not fully disclose their return/ exchange policy! Next thing you know, you're paying twice the price, and they will do NOTHING to work with you! A TOTAL rip-off!!!"
"HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MERCHANDISE. The PJ's supposedly fit up to 5"4". Purchased two for two people 5' and 5 1". Neither one could get them on due to the length from the neck to the crotch was too short. Width was very generous. I have a feeling they were defective. I called and they didn't care one bit. I had to pay for shipping both ways and they required insurance. The cost of shipping was more than the cost of item, for the awful experience of one trying them on and not fitting. I requested they send a return label and they refused. Shipping was slow as well. "
"I recently received my third order from PajamaCity, and as always, am extremely pleased with it. Having gotten footie jammies for friends and family the past 2 Xmases, it was finally MY turn to get a pair... and I LOVE them!! It's warming up here now, but I am all set for when the overnight temps suddenly drop into the 30s this fall.
I also bought drop seat footie PJs from PajamaCity for my parents this past Xmas, because since they moved from California to Ohio they freeze every winter. As Dad is 6'8" tall, it is hard enough to find any clothes that fit him, never mind WARM pajamas, so I knew that he would love these... eventually. After a bit of initial resistance (something about Dad looking like a 'big blue bunny' in his hooded, drop seat rocketship footies and the giant cherries on Mom's pink, drop seat footies), they found out how warm and comfy these PJs are, esp during a late winter snowstorm complete with power outage.
From my family, friends and now me... Thanks a bunch, PajamaCity!
PS. To the doofus that ordered 'early evening' on a Thursday and expected delivery on Friday- please grow a brain. Neither Voldemort nor Harry Potter work second shift for this company, whisking packages off 24/7 by owl.
Reality check- Fedex and UPS do not do late evening overnight pick ups for small businesses. It is clearly stated on the shipping page that the cutoff for orders is 3PM. Don't blame the company for your lack of planning and/or reading comprehension.

"Ordered some pajamas yesterday early in the evening and placed order next day shipping because I need it by tomorrow(Friday night). Received confirmation of order but have not received confirmation of shipping which I paid alot for. Emailed them today to see if it had shipped and got no reply. "I ordered a pair of pajamas online on 12/31/2012. I never received emails confirming either the placement of my order or the shipment of my order. I contacted the company and was told that the warehouse had been on vacation for a week. I paid $70.00 extra to have my order shipped via UPS Next Day Air. This never happened. It's now been 4 days and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. I noticed that my credit card was charged immediately upon placing my order. I'm doubtful that my credit card charge for shipping will be reduced since I never received the service that I paid for. I'll never do business with this company again. I feel that that they're very unprofessional and handled my situation poorly. UPDATED Tuesday, January 8 2013; While I wish my experience with Pajama City could have been a more pleasant one, I believe that they are doing their best to correct the problems I've had. They have credited my charge card for the shipping and are now in the process of reimbursing my credit card for the product charge. I now understand that UPS never delivered my order, although they have told Pajama City that they did."
