"I order using a 15% off coupon code I found, and the online process confirms it's accepted (Congrats! Your coupon code has been applied! Isn't saving money fun?), but I failed to notice the price never changes when I placed the order. SO I write to the company, and get told there is no 15% off, that's an old coupon and a known issue. Now they expect me to refuse the package if possible, or have to take it to a UPS and return it.
Sounds like a bad business practice if you ask me. Now I get the choice of return hassle vs pay an extra $14."

"I received a pair of footed pajamas as a gift. They were the wrong size, so I immediately returned them, which cost an additional $16 in postage. When I received the second pair, one of the feet was attached wrong, so that I walked on a seam. Rather than spend more money returning them again, I kept them. On the third washing, the zipper broke. In all, the pajamas cost about $75 in cost, postage & shipping and lasted for about 1 month."
