I recently bought a gift from this reseller as a first-time customer. Three weeks later I received an email from them that showed the items I purchased now on clearance at over 40% off. When I called to ask for a refund since I had purchased so recently, the CS rep put me on hold to speak with his manager, then informed me that I was welcome to return my original order (as part of their "no-hassle return policy") and re-order at the discounted price, but they would not issue a credit for the difference.
Of course, my return wouldn't include a refund for the original shipping price or the return shipping, and I am welcome to pay additional shipping when I re-order (a total of close to $40), which is just ridiculous.
IMO, this is an unacceptable practice, and I would caution anyone who is looking to support customer-friendly companies from doing business with them.
