"I ordered some hard to find memory for HP servers. The order was accepted on-line, and I was presented an invoice, with the appearance of charging my credit card. I waited a few days and then inquired about my order, and it's ship date via email. I was emailed back the next day. Basically they decided that they could not get the memory, and deleted the order without notifying me. The price they had offered was well below what others were asking for. My basic feeling is that the site is not well maintained, prices are not updated, and customer support is severly lacking. I tried to bring up the site again today. It's offline for the second day in a row..."
