"on previous returns when I returned something & bought something else they gave me credit for my payback reward from the old purchase on the new purchase--they said they didn't do that & never had I had her ask the manager & she said no even though I had a receipt showing they had---store is not what it used to be & I am not anxious to shop there like I used too"
"I was not happy with my experience today. I have never been treated this way! I went in to use my birthday coupon (I use coupons all the time) I also wanted to use my gift card to help pay for my purchase. I wasn’t sure how much was left on my gift card and I told the associate that. The associate used my gift card first therefore not allowing my coupon to be scanned. She told me I couldn’t use it because I used my gift card!!! Really!?!?!?She just looked at me like “ what do you want me to do “??? I had to ask if she could maybe get a manager to see if they could figure out why my coupon wouldn’t work, stating that you CAN use a gift card and a coupon in the same transaction! She called a manager and she showed her what she did wrong. When I stated ( calmly) to the manager “ that I had never had this much trouble using a coupon”, she stated “ oh she didn’t know “ ! I never heard “sorry for the confusion “, sorry for your wait “. I felt like I had done something wrong!"

"The shoe department often does not have enough of the average sizes, especially when there is a sale. And I hate how when you get a coupon there are so many exemptions that apply...your being forced to spend on areas thats not always what you want but what youll settle for to use the coupon. Sometimes I just don't the use the coupons because of that."
"The cashier seemed agitated I was asking questions about how much my item wrung up for. The signage stated a different price and I was told the sale price would ring up at the end and it didn’t. When asked to scan a coupon she seemed agitated with that as well. I will return to speak with a manager."
