"This question has taken me 11 minutes as many others have yet I’ve never won anything. I came into your store at 7:55pm. There was an associate my age straightening up the purse section and changing out sale signs. She was very abruptly pushing things around on shelves and she walked up and down the long tile walkway with her heels clacking on the floor— it felt like I was in school and the principal was coming. She was talking abruptly to the other younger associates. In the past this associate has Helped me at checkout and has been pleasant. She didn’t acknowledge me even though she walked past me five times. I thought maybe she was having a bad day and stayed out of her way. I used to work retail and know disorder is frustrating."

"The lady that rang up my purchase in Cosmetics was courteous. The ones at the 'customer service' were rude and would not acknowledge anyone. I do not know how this place stays in business. The last 4 out of 5 times that I have been there I have put the items that I planned on purchasing back because I was tired of waiting or trying to find someone to wait on me."

"Kathryn was fabulous! She helped me order shoes that were not available in the store in the size I need. When those shoes were not available at all, she was quick to help me find other styles of VANS and Converse and even spoke with my daughter on the phone to help with shoe descriptions.
