"I understand the reasons why there are so few associates economically. However. I almost put my items down and left without purchasing. I personally walked around and waited at three different service desks for a few minutes and no one was there to assist me. finally, I saw a fourth desk (at Cosmetics) where there was a lovely lady who assisted me in purchasing my products. She was definitely overworked (as I observed while waiting my turn), but extremely pleasant and helpful."

"Stage Stores have incredible prices and they are one of the few retailers that sells USA-made clothing. They always have something for everyone. They keep year-round clothing available for purchase, which is excellent in Houston. I hated losing the Jones Rd store, but grateful to have the Spring Cypress store (Palais Royal). Palais Royal is like a small department store, and they literally have something for everyone. Their prices can not be beat. I wish they sold more shoe brands, but they just do not have the space. Adding home items is nice, but was not necessary - nice for Christmas purchases though. I would rather have more clothing selection. I will always support Palais Royal, and the USA-made clothing tends to last a long time, and most items are washable. That is a big deal to me! When ordering online, I have more choices in sizes, so that is important. The items are shipped pretty quickly too. The only problem I have is that they can not seem to update my address - I keep trying and trying to get it updated for the mailers. Love, love, love Palais Royal!"
