"The Sales Associate Allison was more interested in talking to a fellow associate than interested in checking me out. She did not greet me or thank me! Just handed me my receipt. I wanted to use my $5 rewards at the end of the transaction as I have often done and tried to explain to her that if it doesn't get applied at the end then I don't really get $5 off my transaction. She said she could not do it. I told her I've done it many times but she just continued with the transaction as if she didn't care to hear about it with a smirk on her face. I have always had a very good shopping experience at Palais Royal. Greta and Gloria, to name a few, are always friendly and I shop there often. I did not appreciate the manner in which your associate handled my transaction from the start to finish. Maybe more coaching on customer relations would be appropriate for Allison. I was very dissatisfied with your associate and my shopping experience this time."

"I was followed around the store without reason. I am disable so it takes me alot longer to get around. One of the managers kept following me but never offered me any assistants. I was knocking this over with my walker because there was not enough space between the clothing and the cloths look like they came out of some warehouse where they have been sitting for awhile. I do not like to play the race card but that is how I was made to feel."
