"I LOVE PALAIS ROYAL. I HAVE BEEN A SHOPPER OF WELL OVER 30 YEARS. MY MOTHER WAS A PALAIS ROYAL SHOPPER, AND IF SHE WAS LIVING, SHE WOULD BE 93 YEARS OLD. ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING, HOWEVER, THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH TO GO AROUND. "The shirt I purchased was located on a rack that was signed wrong. The sign stated it was 50% off but it didn't ring up that way with the PASS code. The cashier (I believe her name was Valerie or Valeria) was very efficient, verified and acknowledged the mistake, and sold me the shirt at the price I anticipated based on the incorrect sign. I appreciate her professionalism. I will definitely shop here again because of her."
