"This is the night that the store had Black Friday but on Tuesday. People were impatient, but they were in line for only 15-20min. The associate was very pleasant although customers was trying to give her a hard time. Just one elderly lady in particular. But through it all Maria kept calm. And so did the manager Wilson. The lady kept talking, so I just let her go ahead of me to get her out."
