"I was a little frustrated with the exchange process. I bought a pair of shoes online that ended up being too small on me. So I went to Palais Royal and found the size I needed. When I tried to make the exchange,it kept saying item cannot be returned. The associate told me to come back the next day and she put my item on hold. I came back the next day and the same issue occurred. Only that time, the associate made the effort to call the Call Center and ask them for help. The whole process took about 40 minutes, but I truly appreciated the associate who went the extra mile to help me instead of telling me to come back and try again tomorrow. (I believe her name is Porshia)."

"I think shopping with Stage is such a great way to find great deals on current, stylish products. I would, however, like to suggest that the Stage App needs some improvements. It just gets frustrating to constantly get sent back to the home back when you click the back button. When I've narrowed my search and click on a product, I don't want to go back to the home page, I'm clicking back to go the PREVIOUS page. That's really my only complaint with the online shopping via the app. Shopping on a desktop is super easy and I love that you still see all the latest trends. It feels so young and current with my sense of style."

"I had gone the day before and I was told the product I wanted to purchase was going to be 20% off the next day. So I went back and as I was finalizing my purchase, I was told I could not get the 20% off because the discount was only for persons 40 and older. I was upset and explained to the associate I was told to back to get the 20 % but never was told I needed to be 40. He called the department manager and she was able to give me the 20% off !"
