"It were a pleasure to shop at your store but my problem were I purchase several bottle of perfume on Tuesday 7/26/2017 at a discount of 20% I asked the sale person did they have it a gift set she stated not we sold out of them all and on Wednesday I returned back to that same store and all the perfume that I request were in the store in a gift set I feel that Stage took them off the shelf cause of the 20% sale and wait on the next day to put the back so the customer and pay the full price for them that is way I m dont feel that I need to shop at Palais Royal store any more .......sorry"

"I had a good experience with the exception we were due to check out and the Manager directed us to the check out lanes up front when we approached the cosmetics counter for check out. Upon arriving upfront we ended up waiting awhile because there was only one associate checking people out at the time. Another associate came and was helping check out another customer and then here comes the Manager telling my daughter and I we can come back to Cosmetics to check out and I politely told her that we would wait at the front where we were! That obviously wasn't good enough so she came to the front trying to say that we could have already been checked out but I pointed out to her that she was the one that had directed us to the front in the first place. She still acted as if she did not understand what I was stating to her. We could have gotten checked out in Cosmetics prior to her directing us to the front of the store but Why would we go back to Cosmetics? I do not feel we should have been directed back and forth in this manner. This Manager insisted on trying to make us go to the Cosmetics counter when all she had to do was check us out in the first place. The situation was an inconvenience to be asked to go one place and then asked to go somewhere else like a herd of cattle. This didn't make sense and I was hoping this Manager would catch on but no such luck! Overall the Associates were so helpful and nice. The Young Lady that checked us out was super nice considering the Manager insisting on my daughter and I going back to the Cosmetics counter. I just did not care for the experience with the Manager that is suppose to be exhibiting prudence and good Customer Service to the Customer. Perhaps consideration and acknowledgement could have went a long way here but somehow it escaped this Manager's insight!"

So sweet, friendly, helped me chose one of my products, very helpful, personable, efficient, all the while with a smile on her face, and fun, and a great personality and attitude! I appreciated her very much! I really liked her and was grateful for her assistance and help! She went out of her way to help me, went above and beyond!Love this particular Palais Royal a lot! They have Clinique, and they put 4 registers up front for people to check out. They only had 1 to 2 open when I was in line to check out and I waited quite a long to check out, but other than that it was a great shopping experience, and this is a big, bright, organized, updated, clean, newer like Palais Royal and I appreciate that, especially compared to some/most of the other locations!"
