"Overall, better quality clothes like they use to sell years ago. Also, a better layout of the store. There are to many racks clothes together sometimes and too much clothes on the racks, sometimes making it hard to shop the racks. Also, too many large to Xl sizes and not enough small to medium sizes."

"For some reason, I always have to insert my card 2-3 x. It makes me not want to trust the person working there. The debit card always says that the charge went through, but both of the last 2 times I purchased with a debit card, I had to run the card more than once. I don’t throw if it is the machine or the associate. They need to figure out the issue."

"Honestly, most retail stores carry the same brands or somewhat similar. What makes the greatest impact are the employees. Each visit to the Palais Royal store in Meyerland your associates are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This is the main reason I continue to shop at this store."

"Not happy with sale signs being up a day early without sale dates, yet priced is not honored at the time. Why put them out early without effective dates and waste my time only to be told “Oh, that’s not until tomorrow.” Just put dates on the sale signs!"
