"I walked in to do an exchange for a gift and I told the cashier several times that I wanted to exchange merchandise. She instead credited the purchasers credit card and I had to pay $77 for merchandise that should have been free. She then did not take off the anti theft tag on a pair of pants I purchased and now I can't wear them because they have an anti theft tag that I can't use. I will never shop in this place again and I will tell everyone I meet about this horrible experience. By the way I had to wait in line for 20 minutes because this same cashier could not help the person in front on me."
