"IT WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. TRIED TO GET HELP AT THE CLINQUE COUNTER THE GIRL THAT WORKED THE COUNTER WAS RUNNING A REGISTER SHE ASKED LILY AND ANOTHER WOMAN TO SEE IF I NEEDED ASSISTANCE AND THEY LOOKED OVER AT ME AND TURNED AROUND AND KEPT TALKING, AFTER ABOUT 5 MIN. MY HUSBAND WENT AND ASKED ANOTHER WOMAN WORKING BEHIND THE PERFUME COUNTER IF SHE COULD HELP ME AND SHE TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE CLINQUE ASSOCIATE. AFTER ABOUT 3 MORE MIN. SHE ASKED LILY AND THE OTHER WOMAN TO HELP ME AND THEY FLAT OUT TOLD HER NO. THEN SOME OTHER WOMAN CAME OVER AND HELPED ME .I WENT UP THE REGISTER AND THE ASSOCIATE HAD TO GO HELP ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND I WAS WAITING, LILY AND THE OTHER WOMAN TOLD ME I COULD WALK AROUND TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTER AND SHE WOULD RING ME UP. I TOLD NO THANK YOU I WOULD WAIT ON THE WOMAN THAT WAS ACTUALLY WANTING TO HELP ME, THAT SHE AND THE OTHER WOMAN NEEDED TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE {LILY} TOLD ME THAT SHE AND THE OTHER WOMAN WERE BUSY DOING SOMETHING ELSE. THERE SOMETHING ELSE WAS TALKING ABOUT DISPLAY BEHIND THE PERFUME COUNTER. I ASKED HER SO CUSTOMERS WERE NOT IMPORTANT TO HER? SHE THEN AGAIN TOLD THAT THEY WERE BUSY. EVERYONE THAT WAS IN THE STORE AT THIS MOMENT HEARD EVERY WORD. AND THE STORE WAS VERY BUSY AT THE TIME. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I WILL GO TO PALAIS ROYAL FOR ANYTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE TOP PRIORITY, AND HELPING CUSTOMERS. NOT TALKING ABOUT DISPLAYS THAT CAN BE PICKED UP AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. BECAUSE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS LILY AND THE OTHER RUDE PEOPLE WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB."

"Wish there were more petite options at my local Palais Royal. Moreover, this specific store was exactly why I hate shopping in-store compared to online. I waited over an hour just to check out. Store associates did not acknowledge me whatsoever, which makes the whole thing more frustrating. If I had a friendly clerk, maybe the situation wouldn't be as bad. I got in 4 different lines, at the request of the store associate who said check out would be faster if you go to the register at____. Each line had some kind of problem to deal with apparently. The last line I got in, the lady in front of me was taking up two registers because the clerk forgot to do an account lookup. So she was waiting for the other clerk to finish up, who was dealing with a lady who was complaining about the store not having nice pre-wrapped gift boxes and was returning them after just buying them. So here I am in line, waited approximately 15 mins for the clerk to wait for the other clerk, so that the first clerk could ring up the lady in front of me. Might not make sense... trust me, it didn't make sense to me either."
