I had picked up a small $15.00 item from a table outside the counter area and was taking it to ring up at the Estee Lauder counter since I had other items being held there until I finished shopping to be rung up. She yelled I need to put my employee number on those before you take them and I told her to forget it and that I would put them back as she didn't help me so why would I want her to get credit for the sale, especially with her kind of shocking me by yelling at me to begin with which made me kind of angry and embarr***ed at the same time. I was hoping for a box to explain in the above questions relating to friendliness of employees. I wanted to check yes and no. I obviously check yes because of the other 2 employees. I was helped by 3 people and of the 3 the other 2 were good but the Clinique counter employee needs better customer service manners."

This is the second time thus year this has occurred. Needless to say I had to find something else to wear and had to take the outfit back to the store to be removed. Disgusting."
