"During this visit I was unhappy with my experience. As I began checking out, one of the managers approached the cashier and asked her to work late; ignoring the fact that she was with a customer. The manager then told the cashier to call another manager to discuss it. When the cashier told her that she would do it when she finished checking me out, the manager said, I'll dial for you. and preceded to do so. She handed the phone to the cashier and expected her to have the telephone conversation while trying to check me out.The manager finally acknowledged me when I told her that I thought she was being unprofessional and keeping the cashier from waiting on me when she clearly had stated that she wanted to do so. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was one. She then got rude and began checking me out herself. I asked for the corporate number and she gave it to me but it was incorrect. This was at store 281 in Atascocita, Tx and her name was Lily."
