"It was a good experience. My second time back for shoes and no-one was in the shoe dept. The other few associates that I saw were busy cleaning and stockin and didnt seem interested in me. So when I returned this time a Male associate was behind the front counter. I had to go look for him . When he approached me he asked me what I needed and then did lead me to the shoe department. He didnt seem happy though. Never smiled. I may try the Conroe store next time. the shoe department is my only complaint. Everyone else was wonderful."

"First, the store is kept as clean as possible, but the building is old and it looks like there are leaks. The bathrooms are old and the fitting rooms are so old and outdated they need to be renovated. I have been shopping at Palais Royal in Huntsville, Texas for quite some time now. I constantly return because of an excellent, helpful employee named Sherry. She helps me with everything I need. There have been times I go to the store and she is out to lunch..I just wait around and shop until she returns. She is that good with customers. You should do something good to keep employees like Sherry. I get so angry with crappy customer service, I do not return to stores that treat customers in that way."
