"I love the store and as long as there is a sale the prices are very reasonable. The plus size section could use some work. Our county in Texas is one of the largest, but Palais Royal has decreased the variety and age variety of the plus size clothing recently."

"No one spoke when I walked into the store, but I noticed for others they did, didnt acknowledge me while waiting at customer service, I had to interrupt their personal conversation to see if anyone could help, when I was ready to check out the associate was to busy conversing with I assume a regular shopper because she called her by name and she ringed up my purchase wrong, it really upset me bc I had misplaced my card and I knew I had just had it and once I got tired of looking I left and apparently she asked someone if I left a card and it was located and I assume she felt bad and came looking for me outside.....no I wouldnt recommend anyone!!!"

"Store has improved. Seems less crowded with merchandise which makes it easier to shop. Could use a little make over, dressing rooms are clean but wallpaper is pealing off and hooks are broken."
