The sales associate Yolanda (as it states on my receipt) was very pushy and persistent in signing me up for a “members card” that would help give me points and discounts. She did not disclose to me that it was a credit card. After realizing it was, I said NO thank you many times, she wouldn’t stop and even said why not? The experience made me uncomfortable. I just wanted to pay for my item and leave immediately. Not happy about this experience at all. Not sure if I will come back to shop at this location. Being pressured to sign up for a store credit card is horrible."

"I shopped at Palais Royal today, I was VERY disappointed that this was the second store that I visited with my 3 children one special needs. I received a text regarding the free Black Friday offer, but no where in the text did it give an amount of customers that would receive a ticket to participate in the offer. I was rather disappointed that time and gas was wasted after arriving 45 minutes leaving the first store disappointed as well. I felt that the add/text was misleading. It never said only 75 customers will be awarded a chance to win. Perhaps that would make a difference in the time that I arrived at the store. One very disappointed customer."
