"The experience today was very disappointing. There was only one person available to assist when I arrived in fragrances. The associate was with another customer and told me she’d be with me shortly which was fine. Then another customer walked up to the register. She went ahead and assisted her first. Then I selected my item to purchase and another customer walked to the register. Instead of checking me out, she took the other customer ahead of me. Finally, another associate walked up and took me at another register. She was very apologetic for the wait. I truly understand that you may have to wait a little while if there is a rush of customers. I do not understand not being waited on in the order we arrive for help though."

"I was shopping for Christmas gifts today (Dec 23). The music playing in the store was absolutely terrible! I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess the suits at the top of the corporate office have no idea what music is being played in the stores. It certainly does not put you into a Christmas mood. Hint: if you can't/won't play real Christmas music play instrumental music."
