"I originally came into the store to find a black dress for a Halloween costume. I did find what I needed. On the way out I noticed some cute booties on a mannequin. I came back to get the booties the same day when I realized I had received a coupon for 40% off a pair of shoes with my receipt. Luckily the mannequin was wearing my shoe size which was the last pair in the store. I had a very lucky shopping day in your store that day! Thank you!!1"

"everything was fine. but there was an issue with the pitch of credit card sale. it was one thing with a single associate and then a second associate started to pitch as well and it was extraordinarily aggressive-- to the point where i had to tell them to please stop. I said ladies-- there must be one incredible incentive for you to get people signed up! I explained that I was visiting from out of town and neither of them took any social cues from me--- they were incentivized to a point of being blind/deaf to my need for them to lay off. it was truly inappropriate and small-minded. I blame their direct supervisor for this behavior. everything else was perfectly fine. PLEASE someone explain the difference between sales and....well....to use a word....harassment! all my best to the company's success. please edit this survey: there are a couple questions repeated and no option for N/A... also it's too lengthy...."
"The store associate named Stephanie has left an impression on me that I don't think I will ever forget. I was in line behind another customer. She asked me if I was ready to check out and brought me to her register. She was extremely friendly and there was a store coupon that she applied. She ostensibly innately did this and it touched me so. She did not have to do that. The 4 dollar savings was not expected and very appreciated. Who cares and who does that in an age where people are so impatient and the retail experience on both the customer and employee side can be sub par nowadays? She showed me that such people do exist. I could tell that she genuinely cares about people--such an auspicious trait is just uncommon today. I would come back to your store because of her. Yes, she is a store associate, but she is also an asset to your company. Her attitude and what she did for me and how she treated me, are the epitome of humanity and how people should treat others. She made me want to spend more money. I will be back to your store only because of her, and I live in Pearland, Texas, which is about 30 minutes away for me. It's worth driving the distance to be treated like I matter. I wish I could tell the world about her!!!!!!!!"
