"When I entered the store in Livingston Tx I did not see anyone. I walked through clothing and found 2 blouses. I proceeded to footwear. I didn't see anyone, but I could hear them talking. There was 3 ladies; one sitting on the floor and they were discussing personal affairs and then store business. They talked about the bulk supply that was in the store room needing to be put out on the floor. I ask for assistance with finding my shoe size. The one sitting on the floor instantly told me they didn't have my size without even looking. One of them checked and my size was available. The one that I eventually did see as I was proceeding to the front to check out was sitting low behind the counter. Customer service was terrible and there was a total of 4 women working. Neither one never checked to see who was entering or leaving the store."
