"Today, I think they were getting ready for the weekend shoppers. There was racks of merchandise blocking merchandise already marked and displayed for purchase and when I was trying to look better at the merchandise-instead of kindly moving the rack and asking if I needed assistance the sales associate kept watching me as if I wanted to steal something?! I was embarrassed and twice thought about leaving my items right where I was. But I needed them and the merchandise is pretty, nice quality and well priced. And* the other associates were completely fine and normal. My receipt says, YOU SAVED 52.03 so yes I had a great experience at Palais Royal today and you can, too."
